I am a bit worried.
My last stim cycle was 225 Follistim and 225 menopur with Antagon. My RE's nurse never told me to do the Follistim in the AM and menopur in the pm or anything of the sort so I did them both daily at the same time.
I was told when and what time to do the Antagon.
Now that I am reading these forums I see people do AM and PM injections.
Could this have affected my stim cycle as far as number of embryos I had??

There are a great many different variants of the protocols. I know of at least 1 program that does once a day dosing. I have my patients divide their doses between morning and evening. It probably does not make a great deal of difference.
