Good Morning Helen,
You know what I did in the midde of the night I remember of taking my temp and did what you do, hold the thermo. in my hands and slept with it, this way I didn't forget to take my temps..lol
My temp today was 97.9, what do you think?
About Veas I do like it but don't know. I have been here almost all my life and don't know if I will attached to it. Maybe I will it will just take some time, but it seems crazt driving over there specially at night in the weekends where people are drunk and driving that really scares me.
I know what you mean about the crazy city and you prefer more room and live in the country. I don't blame you because the city is very crazy, and too crowded. I sometimes wish I can live in the country aswell. I need more room and less contamination.
I know that it might not me laziness it is because I am not with my son that much because I work almost all day from 8am to 5p.m and now that days get dark it really seems that I work all day long..lol And ofcourse I need to spend more time with him. thats why during the weekend I spend the day with him and go out to place to have fun or atleast walk around and not just stay home and be all boring, because I hate that and my son does to. he loves being outside all the time.
I love chocolate cookies but don't bake them that often. this is called lazy because I rather buy them at the store..lol Hope that you kids enjoy them. yeah better be careful with all that sugar..lol
About the christmas tree. You make me laugh. It will be good for you because you'll be an expert at decorating trees and maybe you one day get a job at that and thanks to your lil ones..lol
I know my mom keeps telling me that I have to redo her tree because it doesn't look nice anymore because of my son taking everything out and then try to put them back. Her Nativity she has under the tree with alot of animals are all over the living room, she gets mad because my son is making a really big mess and there is no way to control it. they are kids and there's nothing we can do about it right?

Sorry I am just getting back to you. We are getting pounded here in Chicago with snow and freezing rain. How are you? I love the picture of you and your son. You are absolutely gorgeous. Your son is a handsome lil guy also. Thank you for the pictures. It is nice finally putting a face to a name. I will send you some pictures of us as soon as I can get them into the computer. I am having some problems with my digital camera. Once I figure it out I will send some your way.
Your lil guy isn't doing anything wrong as far as the tree goes. He is way to young to understand. I wish your mom wouldn't get angry with him.
Did you do your temp today? It sounds like you could be heading towards af. I sure hope so.
You are not lazy at all as far as the cookies go. You are a working mom and that is a very tough job. I am lucky I can find the time myself to bake with the twins.LOL Well you have 2 days off to look forward to. You made it through the week and you deserve them. I hope you enjoy them.
Even though we have so much snow Holly still had to go to school. I was very disappointed. I think they should consider the safety of the children first. That would be using common sense though. That they seem to be lacking in the city. I know what you mean about the city. My goal is to find a place in the country so hopefully the kids won't be exposed to so much negative from the city. Hopefully I can accomplish that. I have had the worse sinus infection the passed three days. It has got me feeling really miserable. I can't seem to get any relief.
Well I must go it will be time to pick up Holly soon.

Thanks for those kind words. I hope that I can get your picture soon. Don't worry when ever you can get them to me take your time. Your family is first.
I did see the news and saw the snow at chicago hope that it gets better. wow the children still have to go to school on that kind of weather it's terrible. I think they should suspend school on weather like that. Your right the the security of the children, it's so dangerous driving in that weather.
My mom knows that he is just a kid and he doesn't understand from right to wrong. She gets mad but it's all fine with her. She won't even yell at my son she and my dad has my son spoiled..lol they love him so much and she just says that she is mad but it's ok with her she understands, what can you do with a lil kids..lol
just letting them do their mess mommy will end up cleaning up the mess anyways..lol
I hope that you are feeling better, what are the feelings of the sinus infections?
About the cookies I know if I had more time during the way I would do my inventions at home because let me tell you that i am not a very good cook..lol can you imagine.lol
I did took my temps today they were 98.0 and I am getting some mild cramps on and off. I guess that is a sign of af coming soon don't you think? I hope so this way I can be atleast half way of my waiting period. I am taking it easy. I know the time will go by fast and I will start trying again soon.
Finally,
it's friday I have two days off and I guess I will start doing some christmas shopping..lol

Hi Lili,
How are you doing? I hope all is well with you.
A sinus infection is sever pain in your face and head. It almost feel like your face is on fire and very raw. I am feeling a lil better today and I am hoping it goes away completely. It makes you feel so miserable.
How are you doing on your temps? Any signs of af? Well my af showed up yesterday so I didn't get my Christmas wish. :( Who knows maybe we will be cycle buddies. Got to keep trying right?
The weather here now is 5 below zero. Oh my God it is nasty. I don't like the cold weather let alone this one.
I am going to try one more thing with my digital camera and if it doesn't work I am going to try and scan the pictures to see if that works. Wish me luck. LOL
I hope you had a wonderful weekend. I got a lot of shopping done for the kids. How did you do?

My weekend was nice but too short..lol. I didn't do any shopping at all. I had to pay the rent and that is bad becuase usually at the begining of the month I get so poor. Well I am looking forward for this coming weekend because I have plan with dh to go shopping. I love shopping so I will start now because christmas is getting close and I always hate doing the last minute christmas shopping.
My temp. on saturday were 98.0 and sunday 98.4 and today 98.4 so I guess that I am now in my luteal phase and af should be arriving very soon within a week or so. I just want to be half way and it seems that it is taking forever.
The weather here in california is cold in the mornings and hot in the afternoon then cold again at nights. It's been windy as well and cold wind and I hate this days. But sounds better that where you at ha!
I am sorry about af that came for you. Don't worry keep the faith and look forward for next time. Don't give up and keep trying your turn will come soon.
I hope that you have luck with your camera I always do the scanning because for me it's easier..lol

I am doing good thank you for checking on me, but how about you, hows everything with you and the family. By the way hows the weather? is it still as bad? I know being at home is so hard especially taking care of your twins and then do the cleaning and cooking. I know it' shard staying at home and having to take care of all of that right?
The weather here in california is very cold in the mornings and hot during the day but around 5p.m. it start getting cold again. It's ok it's not that bad like in chicago.
My temps today were 98.6 they keep going up and from what my chart says is that I might have O sometime in saturday and I am at 4 L/phase.. So that might be right because my temps were at 98.0 and then raised to 98.5 and now 98.6 I might get af maybe not till the end of next week, but I know that it is around the corner and it should be coming soon. I am testing everyday and like you told me I wake up every morning around 5a.m. or so and put the therm. in my hands so that I won't forget..lol But it sure does help.
Well hope that you are feeling better from your sinus and how are you doing on your cycle and good news. I can't wait till you give me the good news. I am thinking of you. Good Luck and have faith your turn will come soon.

I am doing good so far. The kids and hubby are great also. The kids are all excited with Chrsitmas not to far away. Gosh it seems like the time is shooting by. They can't seem to contain thierselves lately. I know it has to do with Christmas. How is your lil guy doing? Is he looking forward to Santa or has he not figured it out yet? Your not kidding about being at home and trying to balance everything and not lose my mind.LOL It can become very hectic here especially if the twins are into everything. Whew they have alot of energy.LOL
The weather here in Chicago is nasty. It has only been in the high teens. Tomorrow it is going to be 16 only. I get cold just thinking about it. How cold have you gotten there?
That is good that you are taking your temps. everyday. This way you will be ready when you start ttc. You said you are irregular any way so this should keep you on top of things. It sounds like you are winding down in your first cycle. That will at least be one out of the way. Then after the next one it is bd time again. Remember all your moves and practice.:) I told you the sleeping with the thermometer works. :) I am glad that is helping you out.
My sinus aren't that bad today. They are much better then the past few days. I am on cd4 right now and hoping af gets her act together for me this month. There is nothing like having af and a sinus infection at the same time. I hurt from top to bottom.LOL I don't think the Tylenol knows which way to go.:)
I am off to run Holly to gymnastics. It seems like that is all I do. Lately I feel like I am living in a big blur. I can't wait till she goes on Christmas break. :)

wow you sound as busy as you can be at home running all over the place and have to take care of the kids. I know how hard it might be which I don't know because I am a working mom and not s stay home mom but from what I see in my mom that she takes care of my son and then she cooks and she cleans the house. I can tell how bad it can get and ofcourse on your side having the twins it might be even harder but it's all worth it children are the most wonderful thing that it can happen to us. It's a bless no matter what right?
I am glad that everyone is doing well even with you and your sinus. wow the weather seems to be awful down there. The weather here is at 45 or there abouts so it's not that bad. It's nice during the day and it gets cold in the morning and at nights but nothing like what you are having.
I do hope that I can concieve very fast as soon as I can start trying again. I think that I even forgot all those moves that you mention about..lol
I have to practice them again..lol
I just can't wait but I am trying to be patient and hopefully af shows up soon. I am having slightly pains in my ovarians once in a while and they are not bad at all. probably they are af symptoms or somthing like that.
I am so excited about christmas I love these holidays and I love the shopping as well but I hate the crowds at the malls at this time I always want to buy all my christmas gifts early but I just can't for some reason I have to wait till the end. But ofcourse I can understand what happen this time I wasn't in the mood to go shopping because of my loss and not even go to parties my sister was invited to a party and I didn't want to go with her because I still feel sad in the inside. I know that I have to be strong for my lil boy and look forward in the future. But it's taking a while.
I bought my son at babies r us a santa claus suit. I love dressing him up at christmas and last year I couldn't find him a suit because I was too late and all stores were out so this time I remember early and bought his santa claus suit and I take him some pictures and send you some. I don't know if he knows about santa claus yet! I think he doesn't know at this point. but he can tell other christmas trees he sees somewhere else and he know that he has one at home that he is always destroying..lol But it is nice my son is the happiness we have at home and we are happy about it.

How are you today? I hope you are doing great. :)
I know being a working mom is not easy also. I think being a mom is tough no matter what you do.LOL We have precious lil lives that we have to care for and make sure we are doing everything right. I know going off to work everyday has to be very hard on you. I know I didn't like it at all. I tell my husband all the time that the best gifts he has ever given me were the kids. They are pricless even on the days they are a handful. It is a very exciting journey watching them grow everyday. Everyday is something new and something that you learn. This is one job that I don't think anybody can say they are a pro. at because each child is different. I feel like it is a learning experience all the time. How about you?
Well the weather here today is a lovely 5 below zero!! Yuck!!! I keep telling Holly that we have to think that it is 95 degrees outside as we walk to school. She looks at me like I am crazy.LOL I figured I would try mind over matter.LOL
Your af is right around the corner believe me. I know it seems like forever after the m/c I went through the same thing. It is kind of like insult to injury after the m/c. You have to wait at least 2 cycles but they seem like they take forever. Can't win can we! :) Try to be patient as much as you can, I know its not easy. I think you should go out with your sister to some parties. I know when I went through it I had to keep moving and doing something or otherwise I felt like I was sinking in quick sand. Maybe try it and go you might just enjoy yourself. This way you can say that you tried. I know you are probably not that jolly with the holidays but you got a lil guy who is counting on you to make this Christmas special for him. I know you will do it. :)
I am looking forward to your lil guy in his Santa suit. Please send them to me as soon as you can. I love dressing the kids up in their Christmas clothes. Holly wants to just were Christmas P.J's this year . We shall see. I think they look adorable in the Christmas P.J.'s also.

I was watching the news today and wow I really feel sorry for you guys what a weather you are having. It might be terrible driving in the snow right. wow I can't believe how you can handle that but ofcourse you've been there forever and I guess you are just used of it right? I can imagine how cold it is here in california it is cold but nothing compared from where you are..lol
I know what you mean noone is a pro on being a good mom. We always learn something new each day and sometimes our kids are our teachers..lol
It is nice and what a bless to have them specially in the holidays when you have all the family gather up and have a great time together. We always stay at home for the holidays and just be with my two men and my parents, brother and sister thats all. We make dinner the day before christmas and usually stay up the whole night till christmas day.
I am tring to go our more and just put my mind in something else because I have to keep on going with my life because your right my lil men needs me as much as I need him and for him I will change and put my attention in him and have a great christmas. I will take lots of pictures and send them to you so that you can see how cute he will look.
I know that whatever they wear they will look nice as long as they feel comfortable. So let Holly wear her p.j.'s she will look adorable.
Yesturday I took my mom and son to lunch at souplatation do you have one in chicago?
But anyways my son was making a mess at first like always and then all of the sudden he was being good and was eating his chicken noodle soup when a lady passed by and told us what an adorable boy he was and then left. I started laughting with my mom and told her yeah for this minute only becaus that doesn't last for long..lol We can never eat comfortable at any restaurant because he is so impatient and wants to be running all over the place..lol
I am feeling much better today it's just somedays I think about the past and I wish it had never happen but it did and I have to keep on living my life. And thank god for what I have. It's nice talking to someone that understands me though and I thank you for being here. I really appreciate you listening to me and writing me back. I feel much better already and thank you for everything.
Hope fully the weather there changes for good and gets better.

Hi Lili,
How are you today? I hope all is well.
I have lived here in Chicago my whole life and I am still not use to this weather. :) My husband jokes all the time about living here that in one day we can have all 4 seasons. LOL He is not kidding. I remember not to many years ago we all decided to go to the beach and enjoy the weather. We get there and my older brother moves like a snail. He took forever setting up his chair and blanket. He is sitting there putting on his tanning lotion finally and all of the sudden the wind changed. The temperature dropped 30 degress just like that. I still laugh to myself this day on how he finally got done and was ready to lay there and bammo the weather dropped. He refused to get up and leave, so he laid there in what I think was 50 degree weather. I think he was more wind burned then sunburn. LOL You just never know here with the weather. I kind of think it is humanly impossible to get use to this weather. Our bodies don't know what to do from one day to the next. We are heading into a heat wave this weekend, it is suppose to be in the 40's. I know we are all going to be complaining of being to hot now after this weather.
I know exactly what you are going through and how you are feeling after the loss of your lil one. It is a one day at a time thing. You have to go with how you feel each day. Everyday is a struggle but some days are easier. I know any of us who have gone through this wish it never happened. It leaves such a scar on your mind, body and soul. It kind of reminds you of the saying A Thief In The Night. I know thats how I felt. I was so excited one minute and the next I was devastated. I know how you feel. This is something that you will struggle with in your life always. In a way it is good because this way you will never forget the lil one you never got to meet yet. Just take your time and go by each day. If you are feeling bad just let it happen. You have a right to feel what you need to feel in order to heal.
We don't have that restaurant here in Chicago. The only kind we have here like that is the Panera Bread and Soup place. I use to feel the same way as you as how your lil guy acts when we went out. Then the one day I looked around and saw that most kids will be kids. I try not to stress to much over it now. He is just being him. LOL
I know you are going to enjoy Christmas with your lil guy because you are a strong women and a good mommy. He is really going to start remembering these things from this year on. My dh calls the kids sponges. LOL He said they absorb everything that goes on around them. He is right. You will be just fine for Christmas. Stay busy, believe me it helps.

I amdoing great today. What about you? Like you said it's friday and I have two days off to enjoy with my son. I have start doing some christmas shopping because I am getting way behind and I don't want to be rushing at the last minute..lol
wow so you really get crazy weather in chicago. No wonder you haven't got used to it and I do understand what you mean. I am glad that I am here in california, but like you said last time we have to be concern about the earthquakes, we haven't had one since last year a very small and on my birthday. I know that wasn't nice but since then it's been ok and hope that we dont' get any because I do get so scared of them. I've read somewhere where they say that california will disapear from the map someday or very soon. That is so scary and maybe we should plan moving somwhere else..lol
I don't know if thats true only god knows what will happen.
That is so funny about what happen to your brother when you guys went to the beach. So how close are you guys from the beach?
For some reason there are some days that I go back and remember what happen with my baby and I get sad but I guess that is part of my healing and it's not something that I will forget that easy. Probably I will stop thinking about it that much when I get bless again with a healthy pregnancy and see my baby in my hands. I can't wait for this day to happen. I will be patient and let god bless me at the right time so that everything can turn out with a success.

Hi Lili,
I am glad to hear your weekend was fine. I on the other hand am facing a huge challenge in my life right now. My mother is a heart patient and has been since 2000. She has a defibrillator to help her heart keep beating. It went off in April of this year but they said she recovered well from it. Well the past 2 days it has gone off again. In April they told us that there was really no more they could do for her except a heart transplant. She is very sick but not sick enough for that according to the doctors. They refused to put her on a list back then. We have no idea what the outcome is going to be right now but my dad told me he feels she won't be with us much longer. I don't know what to do. I am so heart broke over all of this. I just wanted to let you know that if you don't hear from me for awhile that you are always in my thoughts and prayers. I will try to keep you informed as much as I can, things are crazy right now here. Please keep her in your prayers if you don't mind. Take care of yourself and I will talk to you later.
