Premature ovarian failure??

Hi, I have posted on this site a few times before concerning my 3 year battle with infertility. I have been through countless IUI's with clomid, tamoxifen, famara, and injectables and one round of IVF - all BFN. One fact that became painfully obvious during all this was that my ovaries were seeming to become more and more resistant all the time to all the drugs. I went from someone who responded to low dose clomid to someone who didn't stimulate very well with high doses of injectables. Because of this my doctor is now testing me for premature ovarian failure. I am a physician myself and so understand the science and physiology of this, but am wondering if anyone else out there has this dx and has some personal insight into it? I don't know for sure that this is my issue but from my research it makes a lot of sense with my situation and symptoms. Any help anyone could give would be very appreciated. Thanks.

Hi. What is your age and your FSH Level? If the FSH Level gets to high, Then you can get resistant to infertility meds. If that is the case. Then you will have to go on Estradiol to bring down your FSH level to wake up the ovaries again. That is what happened to me.And now I am responding to the meds again. My RE put me on a estrogen priming protocol and it made a big difference. Good Luck to you.
