Hi,
My husband (45, varicocele) and I (39, no issues other than age) just lost an IVF pregnancy at 8-9 weeks. We were told this was likely chromosomal in nature. It was our first IVF cycle. ( 2 transferred, one took, all aspects of the pregnancy looked great, from the bchg levels to the heart beat at 6.5 weeks

We have 3 other embryos frozen and were wondering what our chances are that all 3 are genetically abnormal as well. we are devastated to say the least.

Our REI went over the cycle, nothing seemed inappropriate for your age etc, and we did icsi.. the embryos did "slow down" in growth a bit but he said you can't look at that and tell if that means they are abnormal. They all went to blast stage and our frozen one are expanded blasts.

Just wondering if we have one frozen that might be normal.

Thank you ,

diegert
