Hi Dr Jacobs,

What is your opinion of Synarel (Nafarelin Acetate)? How effective is it? Is there anything I should know before taking it?

I'd appreciate your insight on this.

Synarel is one of several similar products. The others are injectable products. Synarel is unique in that it is administered nasally. My only concern about Synarel is that if you have a cold or alergies, it will not be absorbeed from your upper lip.
