progesterone shots...timing

Dr. Jacobs,
I am currently doing 2 shots of progesterone per day. I currently am doing the shots at 9:30am/pm. My daily schedule is changing, and it would be more helpful for me to have the shots at 8am/8pm. Is there any concern of moving the timing all at once? Or should I change the timing over the course of several days (i.e., 15 minutes earlier each day?).

An hour change in time should not make any difference.
