Well everyone the test was positive. My beta was 201 and they said that was a god start. i go back on Sunday to check it again. I am so nervous though. I had some spotting today that I have not seen before. I hope that is expected. It is brown, not red which I hear is ok but it is heavier than I thought. I will keep you all posted!

You have been in my thoughts. Good luck with the adoption process. That is such a blessing to do that for a child. Best of luck! Keep us posted on how that all goes!

Congratulations on your BFP your beta looks good. I had the brown spotting up until the end of last week I know it can be nerve racking. I just called my RE and she changed my dose of PIO and I got to come in for an early u/s I felt much better afterwards. When do you have your first u/s?
I am so happy for you and DH has the shock worn off yet?

Thanks for all of your well wishes. Dh and I will figure it out one way or another, might not be easy but nothing has been easy so far so we can do it.

Yes you can! You are young! Don't give up no matter what! The Lord works in mysterious ways and he will show his plan in his time. Just have faith in him. That is all you can do and pray. That is what got me through all of this. Keep us posted!

Thanks for your support. I go back on Sunday to check levels and then again on Tuesday if things look good they will scheudule and u/s after that. I figured I would wait to see on Sunday and then see if I am still spotting. It was just some yesteday and then nothing more since then. Thanks again! We can travel this 9 months together!

You are welcome. I am just so happy for you it is really surreal when you have been trying so long and then it happens. It really doesn't seem real until you see the heartbeat/s. I look forward to traveling the next 9 months together as well. What is your due date sometime in January I am guessing which means it may be a December baby.

Yes. Tenative due date is New Years Day! The funny thing is my birthday is the 2nd of Jan. We will see what happens! I am just praying that my numbers go up. Did you see the heartbeat?

I have my fingers crossed for your doubling betas I just have a really good feeling about this. We were able to see the heartbeats on 24th it is the most amazing thing to see the little flicker. We should be able to heart them on the 1st we are official u/s junkies I don't know what I will do when I don't get them weekly. Wow a New Years Baby how much fun would that be. How are you feeling other than the crampy feeling I still have mine from time to time along with constatnt nausea with very tender breasts.

I will keep you posted on my beta. I have noticed suddenly that my breats appear much fuller. Not too tender just a lot fuller. I still have some cramping and for now the spotting has stopped. I can't wait to go for an u/s. I will keep you up to date. When do you go again?

Well got my 2nd beta today and it was not so good. Only 248. It did not double. I am hoping that since it was a little high to begin with it will continue to go smoothly. I go back on Tuesday to check it again.

I am so sorry you are having to go through this I cannot imagine how you feel. Try and stay positive I know it is hard but the stress is so hard on your body. I found another discussion board that talks alot about betas they actually have a beta board here is the link. I wish you and dh the best and keep me posted.

Have you heard about anyone else that had a dificult beginning beta and it worked out?

Hi everyone - Ok so I have some shocking news. Basically my story is this. Beta's:
10dp5dt: 35
13dp5dt: 192
16dp5dt: 743
23dp5td: 4490
25dp5dt: 5094

As you can see my last beta came back very bad and was pretty much told that it is over for me. This was on Monday. I prepared for the worst and basically told everyone that I was going to miscarry. Posted all over these boards that this is the case. I had my ultrasound today and everything is fine!! Shocked!! Heartbeat was 127, baby measuring on target. The yold sak was a little bit behind but RE wasnt concerned about it. Holy cow!!

I was told that I am not out of the woods yet and given my history of losses (4 of them) it is 50/50. I have never ever made it this far though....

Oh my gosh..please, please cross your fingers, pray for me. I will for you guys to.

Thanks for your support. I will let you know how things go tomorrow. I have seen a few posts on this forum that had ok pregnancices with betas that didn't double so I am trying to stay positive. Please say a little prayer for us.
