Can you please tell me what the risks are associated with reducing the number of embryos is. If I am pregnant with triplets and want to reduce it to twins what are the chances of losing all 3 during the reduction procedure? What stage of the pregnancy is it best to do the reduction?

Since I do not perform that procedure, I cannot give you a valid assessmet of the risk. Please ask a Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist.
