I am diagnosed as unexplained infertility problem. I have undergone IUI with clomid and with no success .This cycle we are trying with Gonal-f injectables . Started taking 75iu from day 4 to day 8 and have 3 mature follicles of 16.5, 17.5, 20 . My lining is 7mm .I am taking ovidrel shot tonight and insemination tomorrow and wednesday . I would like to know does the ovulation triggers 3 mature follicles . The insemination is peformed on day 10, 11 of my cycle. Is it too early for insemination .Please advice.

Almost all follicles about 17 mm average diameter, in patients using Gonal-F will ovulate about 36 hours after the injection of Ovidrel. Your linig is still very thin, and that may be an effect of the Clomid you were taking. It may take a few months for that adverse effect of Clomid to reverse.
