Hi,

I was wondering if I'd even be considered an IVF candidate if I had endometriomas in both ovaries. (2 in rt, 3 in lft)
My FSH was 26 and I was given the egg donor speech. We tried DE IVF, cancelled (donor almost hyperstimd) then got pregnant naturally that following cycle.
But now, 4 years later, I'm thinking about it again (after ttc nat for the past 3.5 years).
I was never tested on stims, to see if I'd respond and I couldn't tell you what antral follies I may have had but I often had 3-4 follies showing at the 3 u/s taken early in my cycles.

Even if I responded to stims, would the cysts eliminate me? I also tend to get simple cysts.

I am 37 and my FSH has been 26 since spring 2002 (conceived my boy in July 2002:) )
thanks!

If you no longer have the endomtriomata, they are not an issue. You probably still need donor egg, with an FSH over 15 Iu/L. The fact that you have endometriosis may impair embryo implantation.
Good luck.
