Hi Dr. Jacobs,
I had a HCG trigger shot (Ovidrel) on March 21st which was 14 days ago I am 9dpt, I took a HPT a very faint line showed up would it most likely be the Ovidrel at this point. my ET was on 3/26.....

I would expect the Ovidrel to be gone. You should have a quantitative hCG determination performed. If it is positive, repeat it in 48 hours. It should at least double in 48 hours.

Hi Dr. jacobs,
I had an HCG test at my dr's office since I had to have other tests done they threw in an HCG I received a positive result at 9DPT my HCG level was 113.9, today 14dpt I had my scheduled HCG at my RE's office my level today was 701 does this seem like everything so far is on schedule, I go back on Wed, I am 40yrs of age..

You may well be pregnant. Since the level is rising, and not falling, it is not your Ovidrel.
