Dr.Jacob, I got pregnant thru IVF and from the beginning you have answered many of my questions. Now again I am in confused state, can I take flue shot during my 37 th week, I planning on breast feed will it affect baby in any way? If I get fever after taking the shot will it affect baby?

It is not a low grade fever from the flu shot that poses a risk. If the vaccine is a live virus, there is a risk to the pregnancy. If it is a killed virus, I do not know of a risk.
