There is a shot that typically follows gonal f if you are doing an IUI...HcG I think??? To make you ovulate on schedule? Does anyone know if you can do just the HcG shots to make your body ovulate in time for a scheduled IUI without taking the gonal f? ???

The shot you are talking about is Ovidrel. It follows the gonal-f when your follicles are mature enough to ovulate. I think you can use it to bring on O with others meds also. I used it with clomid. As far as without any meds, you would have to make sure you had follies mature enough to O before the shot. I would check with RE first.
