Hi All, This is my first go around with trying Clomid and an IUI. My IUI was performed Friday, April 14. With one full week down, I've experienced moderate stings and cramping. Is this a shared feeling? Also, the desire for short naps have increased. Could this be a positive sign or is it all in my head?
