My sperm count has been flactuating from 9.6m to 30M. My wife has a partial blockage of the fallopian tubes. Are there any realistic chances that we may get a child the natural way?

Secondly what remedies can you suggest to boost my sperm count?

I collaborate with a sub specialist, who has actually been trained to do male fertility work. If you and your wife were in my practice, I would send you to him to try to improve semen parameters. Count and motility represent only half of the information necessary for an adequate semen analysis. For more information, I invite you to see our web page, <www.texsafertility.com>. Although you do have some chance of pregnancy on your own, you are better off seeking help from a Reproductive Endocrinologist.
Good luck.
