I just finished my bcp for my IVF cycle. I am now waiting for my period to start so that I can start stimulating the eggs. How long does it usually take for menstration to show up?

The same as it would start as if you were taking birth control pills to prevent pregnancy, usually Tuesday or wednesday of the last 7 pills in the pack.
