My husband had a TESE with only 13 sperm and only a few mobile and we were able to produce only 1 embryo of 17 mature eggs due to his sperm. I had my transfer done this morning (day 3)and I amn really nervous and wondering what are my chances with one egg. I am alo interested in hearing from anyone who can tell me what to expect over the next 2 weeks. Will I have cramps? If my period comes does that then indicate I am not pregnant or does it indicate implantation bleeding as I have read in other posts? Also had anyone heard of a male doing more than one TESE? If so how soon can they do it? Lastly, I would love to hear of anyone that has had success with 1 good embryo for encouragement.

At this point, the probability of pregnancy depends on your age. As women grow older, the potential for pregnancy decreases after the age of 30, but is not dramaitic until after the age of 40. I doubt you will have any symptoms, unles you do become pregnant.
