I to have been using ovulex for about a month,no real symptoms...did make me ovulate earlier than I was suppose to, and some abdominal cramping (off and on). I've been trying to do some research on the stuff (to good to be true?). I have heard that a lot of women have complained to Selmedica (makers of Ovulex) that they aren't giving refunds,no phone # to contact them or valid address, and they don't respond to e-mails. Also a lot of women were getting more pills than stated (60 pills) they were getting 70 one lady got 80 pills...thought I'd share the BBB report regarding Ovulex...just to keep everyone informed and to make a sound judgment....Also if you google complaints about Selmedica, it will also give you good info. As you can see from the report, they have used several different names and address'.

Customer Experience Bureau file information indicates that Selmedica has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to a volume and pattern of complaints and a failure to respond to complaints in a timely manner. On January 13, 2005, Better Business Bureau representatives met with Jason Burkle, General Manager of Selmedica Healthcare, to discuss the complaints and Selmedica's relationship with other websites and/or companies. The BBB presented a letter asking for specific information concerning these relationships. Mr. Burkle requested a copy of any unanswered or unresolved complaints. BBB staff sent Selmedica copies of 59 unanswered complaints on January 19, 2005. Mr. Burkle responded in a letter dated January 25, 2005 that they had received the complaints and would forward all the individual responses and other requested information by February 10, 2005. Perry Belcher, the principal owner of Selmedica, sent a letter to the Bureau on March 17, 2005 in which he stated that he "personally responded to all alleged unanswered complaint that you provided to Mr. Burkle on January 19, 2005. I have provided you with copies of each individual correspondence." The Better Business Bureau received the responses on April 7, 2005.
