Positive opk but no ovulation

I've been trying to conceive for a little more than a year. I track my cm and bbt and use opk tests. I have had several positive opk's some times day 17 day 23 and day 37 but my temps don't rise and blood work confirms no ovulation. Has anyone experienced this?? I'm 5'3" 130lbs 26 yrs old all my hormone blood work looks normal but my periods have always been irregular
