Red - I am so sure you will. I heard and saw the heartbeat at 7weeks. So I am sure your little one is just fine and the heart is beating just fine. I am so tired these days but that is like the biggest symptom right now. I am almost out of the 1st trimester. I can't believe it. I think after all this it is just so weird to actually think or say out loud that I am pregnant!?!?!? It is just to surreal. That is the only word for it. My first (get this) OB appointment is Thursday the 30th. Yeah in like 2 days. The hospital campus that I go to moves fast. I just now scheduled the appointment. I guess they want to make sure they have everything they need before the end of the first trimester. The appointment is at 9:45am. It is just too funny. The more I think and prepare for not so good news the better everything turns out to be. Your little one struggled in the beginning and now will grow like a weed. Also no more progesterone suppositories every 6 hours. I get to try and sleep through the night. Yeah right I am too used to getting up at 1am to put one of those things in. I won't know how to act. So how are you feeling these days? Talk to you soon.

Jenny:
I am soooo happy for you. Since you are nine weeks during your ob they may be able to hear the babys heartbeat on the doppler. Just wait in a little over a month you will feel the first kicks. Well keep us updated. If you get anymore scares just let me know ill help talk you down lol.

Jenny~Thanks for the encouragement (once again!) and, I too, pray it will show a heartbeat next week. They keep telling me that it is normal to not see a heartbeat at 6 weeks, but I was just hoping I would see one to put my mind at ease. I am going to try and hold out until Tuesday and then pray, pray, pray!! I would love to be able to tell people that I am pregnant, but I'm holding out until I see a heartbeat. I am so glad you can finally get a full night's sleep. Hopefully you catch up on your rest! That was cool what you did with the bears. What a great idea!! Your a very thoughtful person and I know that's why God is blessing you with this pregnancy....you reap what you sow!!! Hope all continues to go well. Keep us up to day with your O/B appointments. I'm sure they'll all go just as well as your RE appointments. Have a great day!!

Thank you very much Beth. You have been so easy to write back and forth with. I think you are also the one that had little symptoms like me and everything was fine. It is just so hard to believe that after all this time this is truly happening and I am almost out of the first trimester. Crazy huh? I know I do the same thing with the bathroom that you do. I thought I was the only one in that boat. What do they say? Birds of a feather flock together?!?!? I know that unless I for some reason get pregnant naturally after this, I am done with the fertility treatments. We will just have one very spoiled child on our hands. I count my blesings each day with this miracle. I am truly blessed. Thank you again for keeping me a little sane. By the way what all happens at the first OB appointment? When was your first appointment after your release from the RE? Just wondering if getting an appointment this fast was normal.

Red - you are my faithful companion cheerleader. I look at your replies to others and see that you are so much like me. You too will be blessed with this miracle that is growing inside of you. By the way have they tested your beta anymore? How was it if they have? I saw on most websites when I look at u/s results from other IVF clinics that usually the heartbeat is not detected until 6 weeks 5 days. I try to always look those up so I can sort of see what the RE or doctor may be looking for so that way I can ask questions accordingly. Okay I will talk to you later. Can you believe Mj's post?!?!? 3 babies. All I could pretty much say was OMG?!?!?!?

Red - August 28

Jenny~First of all on mj's post....I agree! What a shocker, but a pleasant one! Absolutely amazing! I think I fell off my chair when I read that! YEEEEEEEHA!!! She's going to have her hands full with 3 little miracles.

Yes, they have been testing my beta. I believe I am at about 15,000 as of Friday. I read a few different things on when they see the heartbeat so some have reassured me and some haven't. My RE said that if there is no heartbeat to be seen next week, we have a problem. He was confident that there would be, but I'm just so scared (as you all know too well)!!! I am seriously trying to stay positive and also wait until Tuesday. My dh and I keep saying that if it is meant to be it will be there Tuesday and there's no sense in driving that distance and maybe not seeing it and paying for the appointment. He's really trying to be the positive one and I'm reluctant, but also trying to keep the faith.

In all honesty, I know that people need a cheerleader just like you and others have been for me so that's all of our responsibilities! I just try to do for others what has been done for me!

Red - you are truly a Godsend. All will be fine. I have the faith in your little miracle that you have in mine. Now it just looks like a blob in a peanut type shape. But it certainly is much bigger then last u/s. You little one will be there with a heartbeat next week I just know it. With numbers like that how could it not be okay? He or she just needed a few more days to grow. We all will make it through this journey with healthy babies a a little sanity. Sounds Perfect!!!!

Red - August 28

Jenny~So now your alien is back to a peanut ?? I'm so happy for you and your little one! Did they rule out two?

JENNY22074 - August 28

Red - Yes they did on the second u/s. The area that was in question on the first u/s was not there on the second. So they believe that the other area most likely was another sac that vanished. So they think that I had a vanishing twin. So I properly mourned the other embie that did not make it and celebrated the one that did. The only reason they thought it was another sac was because of the starting HCG levels. HOw are you in the way of symptoms?

Red - August 28

Jenny~Sorry for the loss of the one embie! While I know you still have a blessing inside, it is sad to lose another. I don't really have any other symptoms yet. That is one of the concerns I had when they told me there was no heartbeat yet. I figured I had lost it and that's why I had no symptoms. Until then, I actually really wasn't concerned with the symptoms or lack of them. You? How are your symptoms?

JENNY22074 - August 28

Red - not much symptom wise. Sore bbs, frequent bathroom trips, a little constipation here and there, little bit of the cramping, pulling, stretching sensation, sometimes I have felt a little sick here and there, feeling hot at night even though the a/c is on 64 and the DH is freezing his behind off and an increased appetite. Even though it looks like a lot on here they are never consistent. So I don't know and see everything is just fine. So what are you feeling and not feeling?

Red - August 29

Jenny~Good morning sunshine! It sounds like we are about the same. I have not had any consistent symptoms nor have I had m/s yet. That's part of what gets me unnerved but then I slap myself straight and realize that everyone is different and not to worry. It definitely sounds like we've got a lot of the same things, just not consistent. I hope you are feeling well today. Thanks for the u/s picture. That was awesome!!

JENNY22074 - August 29

Red - you are quite welcome. I am sure you can't wait to see your own little bundle. My godson who will be three in October said it looked like a little, little baby puppy! What is that saying "out of the mouths of babes?" Or something like that. I am not sure what happened to my ticker but I think I need to fix my profile. I woke up starving at 3 this morning but could not find anything that I really wnated. How are you today?

Red - August 29

Jenny~How funny, you've gone from a peanut, to an alien, and now to a baby puppy!! You might have a little splainin' to do to dh when you deliver this little...um...puppy...alien....peanut ;D! That's really cute! I am feeling fine today. My stomach is a little tender from my Lovenox shots in my belly but other than that, I feel fine. I've been starving lately too and eating graham crackers and peanut butter like it's going out of style! How are you doing today?

JENNY22074 - August 29

Yeah I know the cravings are crazy. I go to my OB for the first time tomorrow at 9:45am. I can tell you one thing this hospital campus that I go too does not waste any time with appointments. I was thinking at least a month before I would see the new doctor. Crazy thing. I know but I just had to laugh when a little almost 3 year old says it looks like a little, little baby puppy. I think those were his exact words.

Red - August 29

Jenny~Yeah, your o/b office seems to be moving along rather quickly. I bet you're right that they just want to make sure they get you in before the end of your first trimester. That's a good thing! I hope when I get to that point, my dr. office moves along that quick!
