I have had secondary amennorrhea for 2years due to low weight and dieting in the past. i have now put weight on and weigh 7 stone and am 5ft 1. i still havent started my period but had pink spotting last month. i really want a baby and have been actively trying. can i still concieve without periods, am i pregnant?
