2nd test positive, STILL spotting

ok, the first test (thurs) was 87, and saturday's was 203. Slightly more than double. Good. But still spotting. I am convinced it has to do with the progesterone. It has mostly stopped each day a couple of hours after the shot, then starts up again at night before the shot. I think the prog shot is "wearing off"??? or that it is not enough to begin with. I am a little overweight so maybe not enough? My prog level on saturday was 21. That was not fasting and about 3 hours after the shot. I am a nervous wreck!
