i have been told that i may have a miscarriage but no signs?

hi i am 23 years of age and have been told i have polytheistic ovarian syndrome and all my scans have been fine apart from my last one and my HCG levels are great 42500 but when i went in for my next scan they told me that the baby was no where yet then again told me later there was a baby but it was not viable yet i have had no cramping bleeding loss of plug or any thing it has now been a week and still i feel fine also every scan there has been an improvement from the privies ones?... when i went for my first one there was only a sac no yok then i went for another one 12 days later and there was a sac with a yok and now i went for another one and there was a sac a yok and a very small fetes but they keep telling me that baby is not developing and now saying it will now live but i am yet to feel any different i need some help because i dont understand is there a chance that they are wrong and baby is fine?.
