Had a D&C 3 weeks ago. Could I be pregnant already?

I found out in late August 2010 I was 6 weeks pregnant with my first child. Two weeks later when I went in for my "8 week" ultrasound, I was told that my baby's heart had stopped beating and that it was still measuring at 6 weeks, 3 days. I had a D&C on 10/1/10. It's been 3 weeks since my surgery. I took a pregnancy test today and there was a faint pink line. Could I be pregnant again, or is this just left over hormones from the baby that I lost? Had this happened to anyone? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
