Dr. Jacobs.... I have PCOS and have been taking 1000mg of Metformin each day since around the middle of August. I took 50mg of Clomid in addition to the Metformin this month and it doesn't look as though ovulation has occurred. Should I be taking a higher dose of Clomid next month or should I be on the Met longer then, add Clomid?
Thanks!

I have not prescribed Clomid in over 10 years. It is a very poor drug. The higher the dose, the worse the side effect profile. We have much better products on the market, today. For more information, I invite you to see our web page, <www.texasfertility.com>.
