Hello,
As my beta on Monday approaches and still having mild cramps I feel that the third cycle is a bust again. I am 24 years old with pcos (they suspect it because of higher LH) and have Never been pregnant. This last IUI was our third using letrozole. If this cycle is in fact a bust would you: 1) continue to do the exact same protocol as (my doctor said to stick with it), 2) combine an FSH with the letrozole, 3) move on to IVF.
Thank you for your advice,
Sarah

All of the treatment protocols we use will produce a pregnancy in 3 to 4 treatment cycles

Please excuse the previous incomplete transmission. If treatment protocol will work, it will produce a pregnancy in the first 3 to 4 treatment cycles. I have seen no data regarding pregnancy rates doing IUI with letrozol. As far as what you should do, I cannot tell you without a great deal more information, which cannot be obtained on a bulletin board. I do invite you to see the information I have provided on our web page, <www.texasfertility.com>. Good luck.
