There are 2 common reasons you may not have had a flow after Provera. One is that you may not have had estrogen stimulation of your endometrium (uterine lining) long enough to promote adequate growth for your endometrium to resond. Second is that the D & C caused scarring in the uterine cavity, blocking the outflow tract, or there may have been too much endometrium scraped away when you had your procedure. You should be evaluated.
Goood luck.

thanks for your honest response. does too much scrapping/ or the scarring during a procedure cause problems in getting and staying pregnant? i have an appointment with gyn next wednesday.

If you have enough scarrrinig in the uterine cavity, it can interfere with your ability to become pregnant, and cause problems for a pregnancy if you do achieve one.
Good luck.
