I am getting ready to start my second IVF cycle after first cycle failed. I feel that this may be my last chance at getting pregnant and have been overly anxious. I have had a lot of trouble falling asleep at night, and as a result I am exhausted all day. I have not asked my RE to prescribe any sleeping pills, but wanted your opinion on this and whether they would have any effect on my eggs/embryos. Do you have any recommendations to help me fall asleep? Thanks

I have no data regarding sleeping pills and their efffect on an IVF cycle. You may be better served bt seeking counselling for stress management.
