I have unexplained infertility. My first IVF ended in ectopic pregnancy. The second time I had a mc at 5 1/2 weeks. I overstimulated both times. I had 37 and 36 eggs retrieved. My RE seems to think that I may need more progesterone supplements. He also tested me for the antiphospholipid antibodies, but the results are not back yet. Today I went to see my RE and he said that we can do another IVF now. He is going to use a different protocol so that I don't overstimulate. Do you think that we should or is there more testing that I should have done prior to doing IVF again? I am very healthy besides the infertility.

A less aggressive stimulation protocol sounds like a good idea.
