I had a SIS done and they found I have a Septum which by looking at my uterus Doctor say it looks like I have 2 uteruses cause the septum goes right down the middle. They are going to remove it by Hysteroscopy this month. Is there anything I should worry about with this proceedure. Thanks for your time

Assuming you have a septum, and not a bicornuate uterus, removing the septum is important. If not removed the risk of miscarriage is 60% to 75%. If the septum extends to the upper end of the cervix, the risk of miscarriage may be as much as 90%. If it is a bicornuate uterus, it probably need not be operated, and should not be attempted through a hysteroscope. Good luck.
