Hi Dr. Jacobs,
I had just one more question that I forgot to ask
I had two residual cysts left over and took a month
off till they resolved, can you still ovulate with the
residuals present on that month off...

It is certainly possilble to ovulate while you are waiting for the cysts to resolve.
