Quality of eggs at age 42

I had my first attempt at IVF in Nov 05. Out of the 25 eggs that were collected not one of them was viable to reimplant - mainly because of chromosomal abnormalities. I will be 42 in a few weeks time and I wonder whether you think it is worth me having another attempt at IVF or whether my eggs are just too old.

My other query is whether I should stop using Dermovate (strong steriod cream used for a skin condition) and could this have caused any problems with my eggs?

Many thanks

At 42, you are far better off using an egg donor. I do not know what is in the steriod cream you are using, so I cannot advise you there.
Good luck.
