Poor response to stimulation

Hello,
We have been ttc for about two years. I have only one ovary due to a large cyst that was removed a year ago. My first IVF cycle was canceled due to poor response (only 5 small follicles after 5 days of 225 follistim, 75 Menopur and 20 units of lupron before stim meds and then decreased to 10).
I started a second cycle for IVF, After 3 days of stimulation (600 follistim- 300am and 300pm- and 20 units of a microdose HCG) I had only 5 follicles (11,10,8,5,6). This is not looking good and I am worried.
A year ago, after surgery I stimulated very well with only 75 follistim, I got up to 9 follicles but at that point I was doing only IUI. Please, I need your help. Thanks so much, Natalia
