Hi,
I have had my 6th round of medication using letrozole and follistim. Each and every time around 3 days after the IUI, I get cramping on the right and left side. They go away about 2-3 days before the start of my menstrual flow. My Re doesn’t know that this could be and said not to worry. However each and every time I get a Negative so it is concerning to me. Could this be mild OHSS after treatment? what else could it be?

Whether you are experiencing a mild hyperstimulation, or have some residual cysts as your discomfort, I would not expect ti to decrease your chance for a pregnancy.
