I had 3 previous IVF failures. I recently did all the immune testing & tested positive for one copy of the C677T mutation. My homocysteine levels were normal at 5.5. Is this something that should be treated. Do I need to take addittional folic acid or B vitamins? What amount? What about baby aspirin? If I were to take baby aspirin as a precautionary I think my RE said not to start it until after transfer but everything I read said it should be daily as soon as possible. Thanks!

The immune testing you had done is controversial, and we do not have adequate data to tell us if it is relevant. Therefore, there is not a proven treatment protocol for something that is not a proven problem. There are a great many other potential possibilities for failed IVF cycles. IVF, the laboratory, and embryo transfer are complex process, and even perfection does not guarantee success. Good luck.
