I had an egg donor IVF cycle in August - 16 eggs retrieved (all mature) - 4 fertilized and only 2 made it to a day 2 transfer. The dr said that the 2 embryos were 2 cell and 10 cell (on day 2) and low fragmentation. The photograph provided on the day of transfer did not appear to support what we were told. I requested complete copies of my medical record (to bring to a different doctor for review). I was told that I am not entitled to copies of the embryologist report as it is "not part of my medical record". In a previous post, I believe that Dr. Smith stated that a patient IS entitled to embryologist reports? Can you please let me know? thank you....

I do not know the law in your state. My interpretation of Texas law is that you are entitled to a copy of all information aboutmedical care you received.
