lining of uterus after implantation

Good morning,
I had donor eggs 12 days ago.
How quickly does the lining change or build after implantation.
Would you be able to see any change however slight by IU sonogram after 12 days?

No, 12 days after transfer is too early to see a pregnancy. The appearance of the lining will not give you any information about the potential for a pregnancy. You shold be able to get information from a serum pregnancy test.
