I started Lupron on 3/30 and went this morning for my CD3 baseline. US showed 5 follies on the L <10 and 4 on the R <10. I also have a cyst on the R measuring 14 mm which has been there for close to 8 months now (showed up after first Clomid cycle). It is not chaning size at all..not growing nor shrinking, and it has not seemed to interfere at all with my cycles- still my "normal" 24-26 day cycles all along.
I have a tentative Lap scheduled for 4/24 in the event the IVF cycle was cancelled. I am doing the IVF out of state so am being monitored locally and won't hear the REs plan until later. I was just curious what your thoughts are in regard to going ahead and starting the stim cycle or postponing it in and going forward with the lap.
FYI, in case it helps, I have been diagnosed with "mild" PCOS.

I am not usually concerned about an ovarian cystic structure which is only 14 mm in average diameter. On the other hand, a cyst which dies not resolve in 1 to 2 menstrual cycles gets my attention.
