Hi, My Dr called today and said after 4 failed cycles of Clomid and 1 failed cycle of Gonal F (all with iui's) He does not think that we will get pg with out IVF. I failed to ovulate with the gonal F I had an estridiol level of 1092 on Cd9 and then started bleeding two days later My progesterone level was 0.92 yesterday and I have been bleeding on and off for the past week...I do not think that my ins will cover any of the IVF treatments and I wanted to know what your advice would be?

Without reviewing all the medical data and examining you, I cannot provide a valid medical opinion. I do not know why you did not ovulate using Gonal-F. I do not know that IVF will provide any greater benefit. It might. If you want a rekiable second opinion, se another RE.
