Hi Dr Jacobs I am due to have a 'natural' IUI using donor sperm next week. I know my chances are lower probably, but hey you never know and not too keen to mess with my body.
When is the best timings for a 'natural' IUI? ???
Last time my follicle was 19mm during surge time and starting rupturing 20 hours later (was seen on the scan). Therefore:
What would be the best IUI timing for 'me' individually considering the above mentioned? ???
I want to give myself the best chances and value your opinions. I ovulate (day 21 progesterone levels around 70 and fsh around 5-7 on day 2).

I do not do IUI unless I stimulate ovaries with FSH. If you do not need stimulation of your ovaries, you are better doing 2 ICI's to bracket ovulation.
