Hi I have 10 small intramural fibroids all under the size of a a pea, or 1.5 cm. these fibroids are located in the uterus far away from where embryo implantation occurs. In a prior post, you said intramural fibroids impact pregnancy outcomes. There was a study conducted by ES Surrery and William schoolcraft and in that study it said it did not impact implantation, however are you saying there are other studies that show that it impact pregnancy outcomes? I appreciate this board and welcome your information

There are conflicting reports in the literature as to the impact of intramural fibroids. As tiny as yours are, idoubt that they will have much, if any, impact. The data I have seen is that unless they distort the uterine cavity. removing them does not enhance preg nancy rates. Good luck.
