There are many pills available to aid in increasing sperm count. Do you think any of these really work and if so which one do you recommend?

For about 15 years. I have collaborated with a trained sub specialist in male infertility. My impression is that most of the time, when there are problems with semen parameters, it is related to a varicocele. That requires surgical repair. If he does prescribe pills, he prescribes Clomid. A few men I have sent to him, he has prescribed hCG injections. The treatment depends on the diagnosis. I suggest you try to find an andrologist to evaluate you, as opposed to a urology generalist. There are not many of these subspecialists around, so you may have to travel to get optimal care. Good luck.
