Dear Dr,
I hope you can help? I had a miscarriage in April (after my 3rd IUI). I was 9 1/2 weeks. I remember at the start of that pregnancy I had implantation cramping.
This month was my first attempt. We used IFV. My question is how long after IFV post transfer should I feel these implantation cramps again? I just had the transfer 7/11/07 and I don't feel anything yet? Should I be worried?

I am not convinced that there is cramping specifically associated with implantation. Cramps can be caused by a multitude of things. Actual implantation of an embryo takes place about 1 week after fertilization.
