Husband taking Clomid

Dr. Jacobs,
After ttc for 18 months, we have found that my DH has poor morphology and motility on his SA, but a great count. After further testing he was found to have severely low LH and testosterone and was diagnosed with primary hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. He was started on Clomid 25 mg q.o.d. We have to go back for bloodwork and another SA in 3 months. Is there any way there may be improvement before then? Thank you for your time! :)

It takes about 3 months from the time a sperm cell starts being made until it is ejaculated. You cannot see change in fewer than 3 months, and it may be 6 to 9 months to determine ultimate outcome.
Good luck.
