I am seeking some information. I was told by multiple RE's that HCG levels should double every day. I am finding information contrary to this everywhere. I am finding the consensus is that the HCG should double every other day. Is this correct? My RE is looking for my HCG levels to double every day and they aren't. They double every other day. Can you please give me your opinion on the doubling of HCG levels and what time frame this should happen? Thanks so much!

In a normal pregnancy, the beta hCG level should at least double every 48 hours for about the first 8 weeks. If it does, that is very reassuring. If it does not, it is worrisome.
