Had my tubes blocked through new procedure can i still get pregnant

Dr. Jacobs, I had my tubes blocked through my cervix a knew procedure they call the "Assure Procedure". they put little springs in my tubes to block me from getting pregnant. I regret doing it. Have you heard of the procedure and am I able to still get pregnant after doing this procedure? I will like to have one more child.

I do not know enough about the procedure you had performed to be able to advise you accurately. I have to assume there is tubla damage, and you willl need IVF to avoid tubal pregnancy. A pregnancy in that portion of tthe tube which passes through the uterine wall is particularly dangerous. I do not know if a appliance blocking the tube must be removed, first. Any inflamatory process in the endometrium may impair embryo implantation.
