Hi Dr. Jacobs,
How often do you test E2 levels during an IVF cycle. And would you wait to test FSH levels before you put a patient on a protocol?
I have had 1 successful pregnancy from IVF -I had to switch my RE's because we moved our of state, my question is, this new RE never did any testing on me. Is that normal? Or should I request some b/w or other test done, 2-1/2 yrs after my first evaluation from another RE??? We just had a failed IVF from RE #2.

I can only tell you that Itest a seris of hormones, including FSH, before starting an IVF cycle.
