Hi,
I was undergoing my 5th IUI this time combining letrozole day 3-7 and 50ul of Follistim day 7-13. There was only one follicle on day 12 measuring 15. Today I went in and the couldnt find the follicle, I had a 3D ultrasound and then they repeated it with another ultrasound and still nothing. My hormones and everything from two days ago were relevent to their being one follicle. Yet today there is no follicle and progesterone is low and what they said not an indicator that ovulation took place. What could have happened to the follicle?

With letrozol, you do not need hCG to trigger ovulation, even using an FSH product. I do not know what you mean by progesterone being low. A progesterone of 0.9 ng/ml is consistant with the hormonal chcnges of ovulation. That is low for 1 week after ovulation, but apprpriate for a day after ovulation.
