Dr. Jacobs-
My last u/s showed that I have fluid in one of my tubes. What causes fluid to be in the fallopian tubes? What impact does this have on my fertility? I have had a HSG, and one of my tubes took a while for the dye to go through. There was question as to the dye going trough or spilling out. But overall, my Dr. said that she thought both tubes were open. What can be done to get rid of the fluid? What are the chances of us conceiving naturally? We have been trying to convceive for 20 months, with no luck. We tried Clomid for 3 cycles. What should our next step be?
Sorry I have so many questions. I am in the process of finding a good RE and my regular OB has been of no help.
Thank you in advance!

Usually when we see fluid collection in fallopian tubes, there is tubal damaged with partial or complete blockage of the tubes. You may require further evaluation to determine the best treatment for you. Going to an RE is your best bet. Good luck.
