FET: natural vs. medicated?

Hello. I would appreciate your sharing an opinion on doing an FET naturally vs medicated (Lupron, etc). Have you seen similar success rates in your experience? Does the ability to do it naturally with a decent chance of success depend on the nature of the underlying fertility problem?

My wife just miscarried after our first IVF but we have four frozen blasts. We would prefer to do the FET without medication (except progesterone if a pregnancy is actually achieved) but not if doing so will lower our chances of success. Our problem is a varicocele; my wife has no known fertility problems (other than "borderline C-protein" for which she took heparin) and she ovulates like clockwork.

I routinely prepare the endometrium for embryo transfer. The status of the endometrium, and the timing are much more predictable. Since I am not doing spontaneous cycle FET, I have no ability to compare the 2 processes. Our FET pregancy rate is about the same as fresh - about half.
Good luck.
